July 1st: Goat Snuggle For Charity

Have you ever thought of combining animals and fitness all into one? Work on yourself while also getting the chance to snuggle some of the cutest goats you’ve ever seen! This is a workout that you won’t want to miss and one that you’ll certainly never forget. Let these adorable, cuddly creatures be your inspiration to get yourself into shape. Head out and support St. Vincent De Paul and Perfect Paws charities for a small cost of $35. Not only will you be helping out, but you’ll also have a grand time doing something new and enjoying the company of these lovable goats! The event will run from the 1st of July to the 10th of July, so don’t miss it!

July 7th: Paddle for Plummer

Are you a fan of paddle boarding? Maybe you just want to help out your community by showing your support for Plummer Youth Promise. Whether you’re here for the activities or here for the support, this is an event that you and the kids will surely love. Not only will there be activities, but prizes as well! Head on out for a fun day of activity and excitement either on your own or with the family! This event runs on the 7th of July and the cost is a mere $25 per person. July 10th & 24th: Peabody Pop-Up Farmers Market

Pop-up variants are always something that you can count on to make life a little more fun and spontaneous! On the 10th and 24th of July, and every other Tuesday until September 4th, you can count on the Peabody Pop-up Farmers market for some wonderful family fun! Whether you’re looking for some fresh produce or something for the kids to do, this is a great way to get out and enjoy that summer weather with the family. We know what you think of when you hear the word market, but this takes it to a whole new level! The New England Family Market focuses on making sure that there’s something for everyone in the family. Not to mention there are services dedicated to making your lives a little easier. This event will connect the community with various artists, crafters, small business owners and community groups to showcase their services and products. Head out to Todd Farm Antique & Flea Market Fields for this event. The cost of admission is free and all ages are welcome! Don’t miss this wonderful event to bring families closer together to work with them and make things go a little smoother in their everyday lives.

July 30th: The Science of Forensics: Week One

Are you looking for something fun and educational for your kid or children to do this summer? We’ve found the perfect event for you! This program is for 6th-8th graders and teaches them about the science and technique behind forensic investigations. Not only is it interesting and exciting, but it will let your child walk away with something learned. Some of the amazing experiments include DNA extraction, ink chromatography, fingerprinting and more!
