Phil’s Famous Guacamole:



  • Avocados 3
  • Limes 1
  • Grape tomatoes 1 cup
  • Red onion 2 tablespoons
  • Cilantro 1/2 bunch
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoons
  • Jalapeño Peppers 2

I have given you this as a recipe ratio that you can decrease or increase depending on number of guests and how much they love Guacamole.  After they eat it, they will want more.

  1. Dice 1 cup of grape tomatoes
  2. Dice 2 tablespoons of red onion
  3.  Dice 2 jalapenos

Mix above ingredients in medium bowl

Chop 3 avocados: dice till they become small  chunks. Continue dicing till smaller chunks become pasty. Hint: keep some chunks.  It makes the difference. Mix avocado 🥑 with ingredients above.

Chop 1 cup or more of cilantro. Add to mixture. Add 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt.   Toss well. Squeeze 1 lime and toss well. Put plastic wrap on top, pushing all air out from underneath.  Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes so flavors blend.

When ready to serve, fluff with a fork.  Serve with multi colored organic chips, a good store salsa that is fresh and refrigerated. Please, no salsa that is on a shelf and loaded with chemicals!!

Note: if any is left over( I’ll be very surprised️), cover again in same way.  If any of it starts to brown, no worries, the air got at it. Just fluff it with fork and it will be like it was just made.
